What's for dinner- A picture is worth 1000 words.

The background.  The 5 minute pizza dough...yes homemade yeast pizza dough without hours of rise time- can be found in my November 16, 2012 blog.

Veggis ~ everything is out of the garden, beans, potatoes, purple beans, cauliflower, sweet pepper broccoli, but use whatever makes you smile.  The herbs I used were parsley, basil and fennel.  Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.

Saute your veggies or wrap them in foil and put them on the grill. Cook them until they are just done, but not mushy.

I brushed the crust with olive oil,  used some finely chopped left over skirt steak and some gorgonzola crumbles topped that with the vegetables and a light sprinkling of mozzarella to hold it all together.

You can grill the pizza or put it in a 450 degree oven until the crust is crunchy and the cheese is melted.
